Hi-Core® Packaging Grade

Hi-Core® Packaging Grade corrugated plastic sheets are available in either polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The choice of product is determined by the performance demands of the specific container project and the customer’s expectations.

PP sheets are the most commonly used corrugated plastic and perform well in most severe applications.

HDPE is generally used in specific applications where the performance of a brittleness temperature of -70° C (-94° F) is critical to the project.

Packaging Grade sheets are ideal for returnable/reusable shipping containers and bulk sleeve packaging. Almost every industry can benefit from returnable packaging, however, the agricultural, automotive, medical and high-tech manufacturing have been the largest users.
