Corona Treatment

Minimum 55 Dynes
In order for Hi-Core® sheets to react with inks and adhesives they must be subjected to an in-line electrical process called CORONA TREATMENT. Levels are specified in units called dynes. The minimum level of 55 dynes allows for adhesion of standard ink systems including – solvent, UV cure, flexographic, catalysed water base and lettering enamels.
